LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Dr. D.D.Sarma, Associate Director, Guru Nanak Institutions of Technical Campus (GNITC) has been conferred recently with the LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD by the prestigious professional society - the Computer Society of India for his outstanding contribution in the field of IT and to the society.



Eminent Educationist AWARD
Dr. Harvinder Singh Saini, Managing Director – Guru Nanak Institutions, Hyderabad has been recognized as eminent Educationist and visionary thinker by “Indus Foundation,” which has presented him the “Eminent Educationist award” for his excellent contribution in technical education, on 14th Novemebr’2015 at Taj Deccan International, Hyderabad. The award has been presented by Mr.V.B Gadgil - Director Hyderabad Metro Rail Project.



AWARD FOR Educational Excellence
Mr. Gagandeep Singh Kohli – Vice Chairman Guru Nanak Institutions – Hyderabad has been felicitated by Indus foundation with the “Award for Educational Excellence” on 14th Novemebr’2015 at Taj Deccan International, Hyderabad for his excellent contribution in technical education. The award has been presented by Dr D.N Reddy - UGC Member and former Vice Chancellor of JNTUH.



Research Excellence Award
Dr S V Ranganayakulu, Dean – R&D Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus has received the “Research Excellence award” in “Indo Global Education Summit 2015” during 14 -15th Novemebr’2015 at Taj Deccan International, Hyderabad. Sri P L Narsimha Reddy, Former Chief Justice of High Court of Patna and Hyderabad, Chairman of Indus Foundation Sri C.D.Arha, IAS (Retd) and Dr Lalji Singh, Managing Director, Genome Foundation, Hyderabad presented the award during valedictory ceremony.



National Executive body of ASI adjudged the Acoustical Society of India – Hyderabad Chapter O/o Guru Nanak Institutions as the best chapter in India. Dr V R Singh of NPL-CSIR and Dr Ehrlicha Desa (Fmr: Dy. Exec Secretary, IOC, UN; Fmr Director, CSIR-NIO, Goa) presented the award to Dr S V Ranganayakulu, Dean – R&FD during inaugural session of National Symposium on Acoustics on 7th October’2015 at CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, Goa.

Award for Excellent Campus Recruitment in the State


It was a moment of great pride and acknoweldgment of the industrious effort putforth by the Training and Placement Department of Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus ( GNITC ) when it was conferred with the award of “The Excellent Campus Recruitment In the Sate” during theCMAI - 2nd National Andhra Pradesh Education Summit & Award 2015 , supported by Department of MNRE GOI ,Department of MSME – GOI ,AICTE , Association of Indian Universities, JNTU –Anantpur ,Electronics India ,National Internet Exchange of India and NIELIT . During this Ceremony , GNITC was represented by its Vice – Chairman Sardar Gagandeep Singh Kohli and Assistant Director - Admissions / PR Mr.Amit Bhalla.


Prestigious fellowship for Dr. Harvinder Singh Saini, Managing Director, Guru Nanak Institutions

Dr. Harvinder Singh Saini, Managing Director, Guru Nanak Institutions, Ibrahimpatnam has received prestigious fellowship from Computer Society of India in recognition to his services as professor, and computer scientist. He has received this fellowship from the States'Information Technology Minister Mr. K. Taraka Ramarao, on the occassion of CSI golden jubilee celebrations held in JNTU, Hyderabad. Dr. Saini did his Ph.D degree from Indore University. He is advisor to various IT companies and educational institutions.


Best Paper Award
Dr S V Ranganayakulu, Dean-R&FD, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus presented the paper is adjudged for Best paper in the area of Instrumentation and Control Systems. Paper entitled of ”Acoustic Emission Studies of Weld bead defect of Nuclear grade Materials” is presented in National Symposium on Acoustics – 2014 during 12-14 November’14 at All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore.

Dr S V Ranganayakulu, Dean(R&D) published book entitled ”Ultrasonic kinetic studies in organic solvent mixtures – applicability of Linear Free energy relationships” (ISBN No.978-3-659-22247-4) published by Lab Lombort publishers, Germany.


Dr. Rishi Sayal has completed his Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering in the field of Data Mining from Prestigious and oldest Mysore University of Karnataka state.His research work is titled " Innovative Methods for Robust and Efficient Data Clustering".He has published 10 research papers in International Journals and conferences to support his research work (one paper being awarded the best paper in ICSCI -2008 supported by pentagram research centre, India .)


Sandeep Singh Rawat has completed Ph. D. (thesis title - Mining Rare Association Rules in Grid Environments) in Computer Science & Engineering under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Lakshmi Rajamani from University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, in the year 2014 (May).
